We’re happy to help with warranty claims, but approvals aren’t guaranteed. If a claim is denied or partially denied, you’re responsible for any non-covered costs, including the $150 service call, diagnostics + documentation time, and any required office/admin time with the warranty company. Most warranty plans also include a deductible, paid by the customer.

Solar installs and custom modifications take real planning up front. For larger projects, a detailed estimate can require 5–6 hours of design, planning, and parts research. We’re happy to do that work — and we do charge for it. If you’re still exploring options, we can provide a ballpark estimate first. If you’d like a final, detailed estimate, that estimate time is billed — and credited toward your project if you move forward.

Parts and materials are billed separately (plus applicable tax). Travel outside our standard service area may include an additional travel fee — we’ll confirm before dispatch. If additional issues are discovered, we’ll review options and pricing with you before moving forward.
