We check that all appliances function properly, including A/C units, furnaces, microwaves, refrigerators (in both electric and propane modes), ovens, washers/dryers, and water heaters.
We test your RV’s full electrical system — including batteries, inverter, outlets, GFCI, lighting, solar, and transfer switch — for proper function, voltage, and safety.
We inspect all exterior walls, compartments, doors, steps, ladders, sealant, roof membrane, and trim for signs of damage, delamination, or potential leaks.
We evaluate flooring, ceilings, and wall panels for water damage, soft spots, or structural concerns. We also check vent fans, lights, and other key interior features.
This includes your chassis battery and core driving systems to ensure key motorhome components are clean, secure, and operating as expected.
We test all propane lines, tanks, regulators, and appliances for safe pressure and proper operation, including leak-down and running pressure tests.
We examine your roof’s structure, membrane, skylights, vent covers, sealant, and shrouds for cracking, UV damage, leaks, or soft spots.
We inspect tires, tread depth, tire age, sidewalls, and PSI to help prevent blowouts or dangerous wear.
We check all fire, smoke, propane, and carbon monoxide detectors for operation and expiration dates — and make sure emergency exits are accessible.
We inspect slide seals, motors, alignment, and operation to ensure proper extension, retraction, and sealing without overloading or failure.
We check canvas, lift systems, and any collapsible roof or bed components for wear, operation, and structural safety.
We inspect rear garage walls, ramp doors, fuel stations, tie-downs, and interior separation barriers.
We visually inspect the underbody for rust, frame integrity, leaks, exposed wiring, and damage from road debris or previous repairs.
We test freshwater and holding tanks, valves, P-traps, city/fill connections, showers, sinks, water pump operation, and look for leaks or pressure issues.
